At the Pinnacle Leadership Council event on Friday May 5th, inVantage clients were given the opportunity to participate in Pinnacle’s new tool: Downturn Readiness Assessment. This tool acknowledges that a downturn is inevitable and helps assess how prepared a company is to face it. Participants evaluated seven areas of business ranging from human capital to finances to understand their preparedness for downturn. The tool also features a list of the top ten strategies for thriving through a recession as recommended by CEOs.
