TEMPO Waukesha’s monthly Networking, Lunch & Presentation in April featured Kelly Renz who  introduced Everything DiSC, providing attendees a better understanding of leadership styles that will help improve their working relationships, strengthen leadership skills, and tackle change with a new mindset.

The DiSC model is a popular and influential personality assessment. Each letter places emphasis on different aspects and behaviors. Understanding it allows organizations to develop performance-improvement methods and strategies based on individuals’ personal strengths and weaknesses.

The WICPA Spring Conference featured guest speaker Kelly Renz discussing key impacts facing organizations across the country attracting and retaining talent post-pandemic. The Spring Conference provides CEOs, CFOs, controllers, directors, managers and accounting staff with updates on current and upcoming issues and implications affecting various areas of business, including the economy, accounting and auditing, financial planning, operations, human resources, technology, ethics, tax laws, and improved ways to manage a changing workplace.

The five Wisconsin-based Pinnacle Business Guides hosted our inaugural Pinnacle Leadership Council events in Milwaukee and Appleton on February 10th and 11th, respectively. The focus of these events is all about our clients’ road to business operating tools mastery, creating meaningful connections and sharing experience. We look forward to upcoming events continuing the education and growth of our clients!

These carefully selected mastermind groups are designed for women leaders looking to level-up, expand skills, develop richer abilities and learn new tools to run better stronger businesses.

We also know that learning in a cohort environment with other growth-minded leaders results in accelerated development. Our focus is on whole-person learning, a new concept in the world of adult learning. That means we recognize that you develop on many levels – personal, professional, intellectual, and EQ – as a leader, so we incorporate each into all we facilitate and teach.
