This 90-minute workshop, Ready to Thrive When Others Stall?, is designed for leaders who want to take proactive steps to strengthen their businesses when facing disruption or uncertainty.

B2E Solutions Team Members Celebrate Their 30th Anniversary While Increasing Their Emotional Intelligence (EQ) with inVantage

Last Friday we were honored to present at B2E Solution’s 30th anniversary celebration where team members from all locations came together for a day of celebration, learning and team building. We presented on the topic of emotional intelligence (EQ) and guided the team through exercises to increase their self-awareness and self-management skills.

This team was so FUN!

They are a group of people who are not only passionate about client service but are also incredibly dedicated to their own personal growth. We applaud the authenticity and vulnerability that they showed each other throughout the day. This team rocked it!

inVantage Launches Six Mastermind Groups in 2024

inVantage has officially launched our 2024 Mastermind Groups and are taking registrations! These carefully cultivated peer groups are comprised of leadership team members looking to level-up with other high-performing, growth mindset people. 

Mastermind Groups are peer groups facilitated by Certified inVantage Business Guides to foster and encourage sharing among leaders of different companies.

In 2024, we will offer six Mastermind Groups – hosted in person at the inVantage session room in Hartland, WI:

  • 2 CEO/President cohorts (six members each)
  • 2 Women in Business cohorts (8 members each)
  • 1 HR Executive cohort (8 members)
  • 1 Executive Level cohort (8 members)

Each Mastermind Group will meet for three hours once a month for nine months of the year (no sessions July, August, and December). There are additional events throughout the year including educational webinars and networking for all participants.

Metro Milwaukee SHRM’s HR Executive Insights Panel featuring Kelly Renz

Metro Milwaukee SHRM is not only the largest HR association in the Milwaukee area, but also one of the largest SHRM-affiliated chapters in the country. They serve their members through “professional education, communications, networking, outreach, and more”. MM SHRM offers countless events for their members to attend to grow professionally and expand their network.
