inVantage is proud to share that Erica Roberts has been selected as a breakout speaker for the 2026 Women Leaders Conference, hosted by the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
The conference will take place on Friday, March 6, 2026, at the Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee, with both in-person and live online attendance options.
Erica’s session, “Driven to Level Up: The Five Levels of Leaders and the EQ Behaviors That Make or Break Momentum,” will be featured during Breakout Session 2 from 1:30–2:15 p.m. The session explores how leadership effectiveness evolves over time, and how emotional intelligence behaviors can either accelerate progress or quietly derail momentum at critical moments.
Drawing from real-world experience guiding executive teams across industries, Erica will challenge leaders to reflect on where they are in their leadership journey and identify the behaviors required to lead with greater clarity, resilience, and impact.
