The Summit NextGen Network is one way we’re living this core value by helping the next generation of professionals expand their connections through the extended inVantage network.
Who Is This For?
The Summit NextGen Network is designed for early-career family members of our Summit clients who are preparing to enter the workforce or beginning their professional journeys.
This includes:
- College and university students seeking internships or preparing for graduation.
- Recent graduates exploring their first professional opportunities.
- Trade school students, apprentices, and individuals completing technical or certificate programs.
- Early-career individuals entering the workforce through other educational or professional pathways.
Participation is open to eligible family members of Summit clients, including children, nieces, nephews, and other family relationships.
How It Works
- Share Your Background. Complete the submission form below, including your education or training, career interests, professional introduction, and resume.
- Profile Review. Our inVantage team will review your submission for inclusion in the Summit NextGen Network Directory.
- Expand Your Possibilities. Approved profiles may be shared through our private directory with Summit clients and authorized professional contacts who may be able to facilitate valuable connections.
Keeping Your Profile Current
Your profile and submitted information will be retained for up to six months from submission. If you would like to remain in the directory beyond that period, you may submit updated information for consideration.
If your employment status changes, you would like to update your information, or you wish to withdraw your profile before the six-month period ends, please contact info@invantageteam.com.

The Summit NextGen Network is a complimentary courtesy service provided to inVantage Summit clients and their eligible family members. inVantage is not a recruiting or employment placement firm and does not charge fees for facilitating these professional connections.
Participation does not guarantee introductions, interviews, referrals, or employment opportunities.
