inVantage Expands Team and Impact with Addition of Certified Business Guide Melanie Stuber

At inVantage, our mission is to help business owners and leadership teams live the benefits of delivering on their vision. As our client community continues to grow, we are excited to welcome Melanie Stuber as our newest Certified Business Guide.

Melanie brings extensive experience in leadership, operational strategy, organizational culture, and business performance. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executives and leadership teams to navigate complexity, strengthen alignment, and improve organizational effectiveness through intentional leadership and disciplined execution.

Her professional background spans public accounting, financial services, executive leadership, and organizational consulting. Prior to joining inVantage, Melanie founded Cultivate and Thrive LLC, where she served as a leadership and culture strategist, speaker, and workshop facilitator. She also held leadership positions with Northwestern Mutual, CNA Insurance, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

What makes Melanie such a strong addition to the inVantage team is her belief that organizations perform at their best when strategy, people, and culture work together intentionally. Her experience helping leaders align vision with execution closely reflects the work we do every day with our clients.

As a Certified Business Guide, Melanie will work alongside business owners and leadership teams to strengthen organizational alignment, improve accountability and execution rhythms, develop leadership capability, and build healthier, more scalable businesses.

Melanie is an Authorized Partner for Everything DiSC® and Five Behaviors®, Working Genius Certified®, and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She also serves on the Board of Directors for Metro Milwaukee SHRM and is actively involved with TEMPO Milwaukee and the Women & Girls Fund of Waukesha County.
